IADES Blansal - Organization

All BLANSAL projects have the objective of fostering lives of economic independence and dignity among its target populations through development of personal and vocational skills. BLANSAL uses a team approach, drawing on the skills of dedicated professional staff and volunteers: teachers, psychologists, social workers, nurses, veterinarians, accountants, and agricultural specialists. The children and youth residences are supported by a cook and round-the-clock staff. In addition, the foster home receives a considerable amount of help from volunteers from inside the country and abroad.
